About air conditioner construction

Air conditioning construction includes "standard construction" such as removal and installation of air conditioners and outdoor units, and "additional construction" such as replacement or expansion of plumbing and installation of outlet for air conditioners.In addition to the standard construction, additional construction may be required depending on the location where the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is installed and whether or not there is an electric outlet for the air conditioner.

Standard construction of air conditioners

Air conditioner installation 8,000yen/12,000yen～: Installation of air conditioners in general places. For example, the air conditioner indoor unit is installed on the wall of the room, and the outdoor unit is installed on the balcony.The construction fee is 8,000 yen if the capacity of the air conditioner is 2.2 kw to 5.6 kw (6 to 14 Jo*), and 12,000 yen or more if it is 6.3 kw or more (16 Jo* or more). 　(Jo*: 1 Jo=1.62 ㎡)
Installation of plumbing 2,500yen/1m: A plumbing that connects the air conditioner and the outdoor unit, and a drain hose that discharges water should be wrapped together and attached with tape. However if your existing plumbing (including the drain hose) can be reused, or if there is no need to replace it due to aging deterioration, there will be no additional charge.
New installation of air conditioner piping pipes and drain hoses (up to 4 m each) 13,000yen/16,000yen～: When installing a new air conditioner, piping pipes and drain hoses (up to 4 m each), outdoor unit Plalock (resin air conditioner installation stand), and cables are included in the standard construction fee.The construction fee is 13,000 yen if the capacity of the air conditioner is 2.2 kw to 5.6 kw (6 to 14 Jo*), and 16,000 yen or more if it is 6.3 kw or more (16 Jo* or more). 　(Jo*: 1 Jo=1.62 ㎡)
Removing of air conditioner 4,000yen/6,000yen～: To Remove the installed air conditioner, such as when moving the air conditioner by moving, replacing the air conditioner, or disposing of the old air conditioner.The construction fee is 4,000 yen if the capacity of the air conditioner is 2.2 kw to 5.6 kw (6 to 14 Jo*), and 6,000 yen or more if it is 6.3 kw or more (16 Jo* or more). 　(Jo*: 1 Jo=1.62 ㎡)
Dispose of air conditioner(Transportation for recycling collection) 3,000yen: Since the refrigerant used in air conditioners has an environmental impact, it cannot be discarded as oversized trash.Therefore, the recycling fee for disposing the air conditioner and the collection and transportation fee are included in the price.

Additional construction of air conditioners

High place work 5,000yen～: Construction when the installation location of the outdoor unit is more than 2 m above the ground.
Plumbing hole penetration (concrete/other than concrete) 12,000yen/6,000yen: The hole drilling work (penetration) required when the hole for air conditioner plumbing is not opened in the wall.The construction fee is 12,000 yen if the wall is concrete, and 6,000 yen other than concrete like wooden or mortar.
Air conditioner outdoor unit wall hangings (including metal fittings/using your own metal fittings) 12,000yen/8,000yen: Mount the outdoor unit on the wall by attaching a stand or metal fittings dedicated to the outdoor unit to the wall. Because it attaches directly to a wall without scaffolding , it may not be applicable to locations above ground, such as the upper floors of an apartment.The construction fee is 12,000 yen with metal fittings and 8,000 yen using your own metal fittings.
Air conditioner outdoor unit ceiling hangings (including metal fittings/using your own metal fittings) 14,000yen/8,000yen: By embedding bolts in the ceiling of the balcony, you can hang the outdoor unit with special metal fittings or hang the frame to install the outdoor unit. Depending on the property, bolts for hanging the ceiling may already be installed. ("KODANTURI") The construction fee is 14,000 yen with metal fittings and 8,000 yen using your own metal fittings.
Two-stage installation of two air conditioner outdoor units(including metal fittings/using your own metal fittings) 18,000yen/8,000yen: Space can be saved by placing two outdoor units on top of each other in the installation location for one outdoor unit. However, the exhaust heat effect is lower than installing units one by one. The construction fee is 18,000 yen with metal fittings and 8,000 yen using your own metal fittings.
Replacement/extension of air conditioner plumbing 2,500yen/ｍ: If the distance between the air conditioner and the outdoor unit is not enough with the standard length of plumbing (about 4 m), it is necessary to extend it. Also, if your plumbing is not suitable for installation due to deterioration over time, you may be forced to replace it. There is no additional charge for drain hose.
Interior plumbing makeup cover (up to 1 m/1 bend) 8,000yen: The plumbing and drainage hose connecting the air conditioner and the outdoor unit are wrapped with tape for protection (standard construction), but in addition, a makeup cover can be attached to the plumbing on the indoor side.The double protection of the plumbings prevents deterioration and damage, and at the same time has the effect of making the appearance clear.
Outdoor plumbing makeup cover (up to 2 m/1 bend) 7,500yen: The plumbing and drainage hose connecting the air conditioner and the outdoor unit are wrapped with tape for protection (standard construction), but in addition, a makeup cover can be attached to the plumbing on the outdoor side.The double protection of the plumbings prevents deterioration and damage, and at the same time has the effect of making the appearance clear.
Installation of outlet for exclusive use of air conditioner (exchange of outlet) and voltage switching 2,000yen each: Common household outlets are of the type called 100 V, but depending on the type of air conditioner, there are 200 V specifications and the shape of the insertion port also differs. In that case, you cannot use it as it is for home use, so you will need to replace the outlet and change the voltage.
Expansion of air conditioner dedicated circuit 12,000yen～: If there is no outlet on the upper wall of the room where the air conditioner is installed, it is necessary to add a new air conditioning circuit.(Construction to draw wiring from the switchboard to the air conditioner installation location and install an outlet)The construction fee will vary depending on whether the room where the switchboard and air conditioner are installed are on the same floor.If you need to connect the ground wire, you will also need to install additional ground holes.
Refrigerant gas charge 10,000yen～: The air conditioner uses refrigerant gas to cool the air, but the refrigerant gas may gradually escape during use due to deterioration or damage to the packing.If the air conditioner does not work well, the refrigerant gas may have escaped and it may be necessary to replenish the refrigerant gas (refrigerant gas charge) during the installation work.
